Fluquadri 0.25ml
As per the doctor's recommendation my baby has been given fluquadri 0.25ml vaccine at the age of 8 & 9 months respectively and afterwards he was suffering with continuous flu and afterwards his health condition got bit weak and as a result he lost some weight.. So, now he is 2.5 years old and doctor has recommended to give quadri vaccine again so shall we go for it or it's not essential to take pls advice

You can take the vaccine. Earlier problems may not be related to vaccine it is specially recommended by experts now as flu looks just like covid.

Fluquadri is inactivated influenza vaccine. It means it will not cause infection yo child as it is not a live virus. Only live virus can cause infections.  In some  vaccines , live virus which is attenuated ( made very weak) is given , which will not cause disease, but will activate body's immune response. Flu virus changes its characters with time( antigen drift and shift) .   Flu vaccine need to be given yearly as recommended by experts to protect ourselves from changed virus in environment.  In my opinion, it may be some another  infection that has affected your child.  Very Rarely vaccine can also cause issues by activating harmful immune response. You Can safely administer flu vaccine to your child. Our body will be prepared to fight infection effectively
