Fluoxetine 40mg daily
Hello dr My doctor prescribed Fluoxetine 20 mg once daily in the morning after breakfast, Propranolol 40 mg twice daily, and Clonazepam 0.25 mg at night for OCD and health anxiety. After 10 days, my doctor advised increasing Fluoxetine to 40 mg daily, and I have started taking 40 mg once daily. However, I am currently taking Propranolol 40 mg only once daily instead of twice. I want to confirm if this is okay and whether increasing Fluoxetine to 40 mg can cause any side effects or long-term effects on the liver or kidneys.

For OCD this is standard dose. Propranolol is for anxiety in ocd so if that's in control then dose can be decreased.
