Fluid formation under breast. To do.

My friend is suffering from excessive pain bcoz of a fluid formation found under her body , one day during a friend of her kiddingly  pressed her breast forcefully result of that pain starts and it almost 4 months passed but her pain not stopped , she done all tests  mammography and tuberculosis both neither cancer nor tb symptoms found , but there is fluid formation found internally under breast so she prefer to meet surgeon , firstly dr just squeeze all fluid through injection and start medicine to prevent tb bcoz he thought formation of fluid bcoz of tb , but almost one month passed my friend condition becomes worst her digestive system becomes pathetic because tb medicines she feel to like wommit every time and fluid still forming , her weight is jus 40 kg because of taking excessively medicines she becomes so lean and frustrated. Please prescribe what to do .
