Fluid filled sac protruding from vagina
Hi doctors. On one of my washroom visits, I saw a rather huge fluid filled sac hanging down there. The fluid filled sac burst open soon after. I'm ovulating and my lower abdomen hurts a lot during ovulation and there's a lot of discharge with some traces of blood (spotting I suppose). I'm worried as I haven't seen something like that happen before. I've always had an issue with ovulation pain but never took it seriously but the huge cyst like thing was pretty scary. I'm single, never had penetrative intercourse so definitely not pregnant or had kids before. Should I consult with a doctor? Was that a cyst? Help. Thanks.

This cyst isn't related to ovulation. You should get evaluated for that.
