Fluid collection in pod

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi I am 24 yrs lady and it's been 5 months I got married. I used to have abdominal tightening from my first time intercourse. My period was also delayed for 2 months during that time. Recently I have undergone vaginal scan n found some fluid in pod. The doctor prescribed normal flora and gas 3 kit.. will my infection be completely cured

Causes of fluid in POD can be pelvic infections , endometriosis , tuberculosis (rare) , physiological in midcycle due to ovulation. Continue your medications and repeat ultrasound after 1 month on day2 of cycle
