Fluctuating body temperature

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Fluctuating body temperature in evening from 98.6 to 100.3 for over a month. Last year in May, Radical nephrectomy was done for right kidney. Since then, all routine checkup reports are normal. Last creatinine test was done on 28th March, creatinine 1.25 mg/dl Recent fever trend is not normal. We are worried if there is anything else. Is it related to Cancer or anything else. Please guide on what checkups can be done to rule out serious disease. Mumbai covid situation is bad, we are not stepping out for consultation.

Presence of fever usually has many reasons. Fever on and off for one month needs some tests. Less likely to be cancer. Blood tests cbp ,esr, cue and chestxray are needed. Gen physician consultation is advised. Tele consultation can be done.
