Hello. Most probably the baby is suffering from nasolacrimal duct block. It is a benign condition which usually resolves by 6 months with massaging of the duct, if done properly. You can watch videos for the same on YouTube. It takes patience and should be done regularly, effect can be seen at 3-6 months.
