Flowing nose congestion with dry cough

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My 5 and a half month old girl weighing almost 6 kgs is suffering from nose congestion since yesterday night. Her nose is flowing & she also has dry cough since 2 days. She has not slept properly since yesterday night & is crying the whole day today. Her current paediatric is out of town & not answering calls & we have not consulted her to anybody else uptil now. Any suggestion on what medication should be given?

Saline nasal drops can be used as an when required. For dry cough you can use wikoryl AF drop 0.5ml once a day but please visit nearby pediatrician
