Flex seeds & walnuts qty in Pregnancy
Hi, I am in 7 months of pregnancy and I am vegetarian. I heard Omega 3 is essential for the baby so I came across walnuts and flex seeds that has omega 3. Now my confusion about the consumption of walnuts & flex seeds is how much walnuts a day and flex seeds can I consume a day. I have hypothyroidism and increased cholesterol. Please suggest.
