Hello,
I'm 43. Of normal health generally. Have had normal child birth. Off late I noticed a fleshy thing coming out of the vagina when I strain. It did not come out fully or hang out. I did a bit of physical examination and it does not come everytime but sometimes when I strain. It feels like a bulb like structure if I examine while it's on the inside. Is this a uterine Prolapse. If it is would I need surgery or will exercises and lifestyle help. Please advise. Can this be a polyp by any chance. Thank you in advance.

Most probably it could be a cervical descent.
Stop straining
Start pelvic floor excercise.
Get yourself physically examined
Ultrasound scan to rule out any growth
