Flaccid penis during sex or masturbation

I am unable to keep my penis erect for more that 1-2 minutes. although I do get an orgasm, it is with a semi hard penis. I masturbate 1-2 times a day. This problem has been there since one year but has become much worse since the last 1-2 months.
