Tab ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for five days. Tab oz two times a day after food for five days. Tab defcort 500 two times a day after food for three weeks.   Seitz bath fill a tub with hot warm water add betadin solution 5-7 ml n sit 5-7 min two times. Locally apply oxyurate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus n rotate the finger so that anal mucosa completely covered by ointment before n after defication, two times a day for Three weeks for complete healing.

For fistula, surgery is the best option, but you can manage symptoms with: Medications: ✔ Antibiotics: Amoxicillin-Clavulanate or Metronidazole ✔ Pain relief: Ibuprofen or Paracetamol ✔ Laxatives: Lactulose or Isabgol (to prevent straining) Non-Surgical Options: ✔ Kshar Sutra Therapy (Ayurvedic) ✔ Sitz baths (warm water soak, 2-3 times/day) ✔ High-fiber diet & hydration These may help, but won't cure complex fistulas. Surgery is usually necessary.
