Sir i feel intense pain after stool passing and discharge of yellowish liquid this problem is since 2012 it heal again active.in 2018 i have consult in aiims delhi they tell it is a healing fissure .now i have consult another dr As i am going through intense pain he advise me anal rectum MRI... MRI impression -fluid collection of size 41*29*42mm(vol 24cc) on right postero-lateral of anus with breech on anal canal at 07o clock Position on axial images hyper intense on stir hypointense onT1 with small amount of air not extended up t o subcutaneous surface sugessting right perialnal abscess.
