Hello, An anorectal fistula (Fistula-in-Ano) is an abnormal communication between the anus and the perianal skin. Treatment of an anal fistula requires surgery in an operating room under general or regional anesthesia. The majority of fistulae can be managed by simply laying open the fistula tract. Cancer is a very rare complication. Undergo surgery ,consult general surgeon.
