Shifting to vegetarian diet will not help in curing Anal Fistula. Neither it can be cured by oral medicines only. So usually surgery is advised for Anal Fistula. hello, its better to get it operated with ayurvedic kshar sutra its better . taking antibiotic temporary gives you relief,but its not recommended. you can do exercises avoid swimming .
