Fistula in ano
One proctologist has told me that fistula channel has been formed and other said that there is a fissure inside the anus and because of it there is infection going in it and also there is an abscess (lump) which i can feel...so i want to know is surgery necessary for such a case and if yes what is the best surgery for it?
