Fistual since 4 years 1 surgery done.

Hi I am 32 year old I had done my surgery of anal fistual on Nov 2016, but after surgery too I am facing problem after every bowel movement I get pain, itchy, irritation burning and in my surgery area I have a skin bulge type where I feel some particles of motion settles and literally I have to press the area to remove it otherwise it pains like a hell and some time from that area blood and pus too ooze out. It continued all the these 4 years from 2 days I suffering from more pain after bowel movement , after bowel movement the anus area Burns like anything I am unable to sit or do anything kindly suggest some home remedy for instant treatment and also permanent treatment but I don't want to undergo surgery again, pls kindly help I fear I need to suffer this till my life ends!!!
