I was not able to sleep the whole night and I have no one to take care of me now at home and I am in severe pain . Took voveron last night at 2 am but the pain did not subside

[ ] Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath three times a day. Feel free to ask any further quary.
