Fissure surgery first month of pregnancy

My wife had fissure surgery in first month but we didn't know about pregnancy when she didn't get period then she know her pregnancy. she took all ayurvedic treatment and Hot water tub bath. now first trimester completed of pregnancy but she has pain during stool pass and after stool pass. she is still taking hot water tub bath. followed all prescription said by doctor. now doctor saying you should consult with a gynecologist. Stool pass hone ke baad kafi der tak pain bna rahta. Dard Thik nhi ho raha. Pregnancy bhi chal rahi hai. Koi complication to nhi hogi delivery ke time. Koi antibiotic or pain killer ho dard khatam ho jaye.
