Fissure or piles or proctitis
I had 4-5 time blood in stool that time I was constipated but now I don't have blood but I keep feeling swelling and pain inside anus I normally used to poo one time but now even after 1 bm I feel sudden pressure but nothing comes out it just keep feeling like something will come and my stool is soft but when I poo it hurts from inside and I keep feeling like my anus from inside is too tight and I have inside pressure in that area I'm on fissure medication but it's not improving been about more than 1 month swelling inside my anus not on outside and I also have itching inside but I can't itch there I don't know what's happening can anyone pls tell me what is this? I also have a fissure on anus opening first my doctor told me I have fissure but now she's saying I'm having infection  ( now I'm on infection medication but it's not improving ) based on symptoms I explained can pls anyone suggests me what's this and what to do 😭🙏🙏
