Anal Fissure can be completely treated without surgery by Graded Kshar Karma. In this treatment; specialized Ayurvedic medicine is applied in the fissure region. This medicine debrides fissure and induces healing. Usually, 3 to 5 Graded Kshar Karma sittings are required for complete healing of the fissure. In the meantime; you should start taking Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of some soothing ointment or coconut oil 2-4 times daily. For easy evacuation of bowel; you should take some stool softening medicine like Haritaki powder. For further support; you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.

1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 2. Increasing the fibre in your diet is known to be as effective as injections for preventing further problems 3. Increasing your fluid intake which can help prevent further problems with haemorrhoids 4. Avoiding straining and constipation which is the most useful thing patients can do to prevent the problem coming back. If the fibre content of your diet is not sufficient to keep your stools soft, then a fibre supplement can help. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Curd is good for u. 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods Homeopathy has very encouraging results. Consult online with details

Anal fissre is a chronic case. It will stop hurting you only if your constipation will go off. Please consult your nearest good homoeopathic physician for permanent and quick recovery. It's not curable in conventional medical system.
