First usg for my wife pregnancy
We came to know about my wifes pregnancy on 26th of may 2023. We checked hcg levels which were 14,213/-. Further we did pelvis usg: following are results: 1. There is single intrauteriane irregular gestation sac seen having trophoblastic reaction. Yolk sac is seen. Embryo is not yet seen. 2. The msd measures 1.5 cm corresponding to 5 weeks 6 days 3. Cervical length is adequate. The internal os is closed 4. There is no subchronic hematoma seen. 5. Both the adexna normal Does the above report represent poor prognosis? And does this warrant any treatment?

Hi. This is a normal report given u r in very early pregnancy stage. Do not panic. Repeat USG after 14 days. No need of extra treatment per se if u have no other risk factors or bad pregnancy history
