No relationship between B hcg level and ultrasound of baby.
After 7 week of missed period we can see heart beat in developing embryo.
From 1 to 7 week we can confirm pregnancy with Blood b Bhcg level.

if you are around 6 weeks get a ultrasound scan to confirm..beta hcg wont confirm the weeks of baby
