Urine pregnancy test was positive, right?
Sounds normal
Start folic acid
A 8 week scan for fetal viability and dating is good enough.
Climbing is fine

Good morning.. Congratulations..
-Better get a scan once to rule of any problem as ur 6weeks now . It will rule out if the pregnancy is in the uterus or in the tube.
-If pregnancy in tube usually u ll pain particularly on one side ..
-if we confirm that pregnancy is inside the uterus good.. then u should take bed rest and not lift heavy weights.
-Eat healthy and less spicy and masala food to prevent nausea and vomiting .
-If cramping lower abdomen pain continues and becomes severe then there are chances of miscarriage also .
Next Steps
Start Tab . Folvite 5 mg daily and get a Viability scan as soon as possible .
