Hello, Nausea and vomiting in pregnancy is not healthy for you or the baby. However it mostly affects only the first trimester and most women are better from the second trimester. There are multiple drugs available that can help you with your symptoms. It is also my advice that you have small frequent meals with a gap of 2-3 hours. Please make an appointment to discuss further.

It's common in first trimester..you will be better and eat properly once your nausea comes down..get treated for vomiting
