If the bleeding has reduced, it may stop. Sometimes there can be isolated irregularities in periods, which mostly settle back to normal. If your bleeding continues, please see a gynaecologist. You will need an ultrasound. The bleeding can be stopped with Tranexamic acid tablets or with hormonal pills. You will need to see a gynaecologist for a prescription.
