First time missed periods

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am a 21 years old..I had protected sex on 11 August and took an ipill on 12th Aug within 12 hours. On 23rd August got my normal period cycle of 4 days.. On 1st September got a little spotting(for first time) and on 19th September.got normal cycle again... But now in October I haven't yet got my periods, it's been 5 days since my dates... Please tell me the reason as it's never happened before..
