It could be normal.
I will like you to wait for the next period. If it is also heavy then you should get a sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult with a Gynaecologist

How many pads did you use in a day? If you have to change pad in every 2 hours then it is heavy bleeding otherwise it is okay.passage of large clots should be evaluated
