I m in my first month of pregnancy I had one blood spot is it normal or shall I be concerned about it please help

Hello.. Please get an ultrasound lower abdomen and pelvis for gestational sac. Fetal cardiac activity will come only after 6 weeks. Avoid strenuous activity as it may lead to further spotting. Please consult your obstetrician for further guidance.
