Finished H.pylori treatment for 14 days
I finished my h pylori triple therapy treatment before few days but after that I started feeling bloated and mild stomach dull pain ...can this be a post antibiotic side-effect or will my ulcer still take sometime to get healed.

Even after control of INFECTION the ulcer needs time to heal. Usually it takes upto 6 weeks. But sometimes it may take longer also.

dietery precautions need to be continued. avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks etc. avoid all foods which trigger acidity. avoid all junk foods.
