I fingered my friend 3days ago. She had nausea the next day after fingering and on third day she is under cramps in upper abdomen. Don't know if there was any sperm on the finger. Panicked about if she is pregnant. There no spotting. Nausea happened on the day after fingering and now cramps. Kindly suggest.
