Finger swell and back pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Sir for 6 to 7 months my finger gone bigger like sausage some morning stiffness but not now and I have lower back pain from 2 yrs comes and goes 5 month earlier my blood shows low vitamin d level 8 and my ra esr and crp all were normal 6 month back

although examination is important.,still your history looks like u may have spondyloarthritis n may be subgroup of psoriatic arthritis. sausage shaped finger is called dactylitis, common in psoriasis patient. and lower back pain may have sacroiliitis
