It's called ragi in Hindi,and yes,it's healthy.
Same goes for walnuts too.
But in general,at this age,give just 2 milk feeds using a glass or spoon and katori and 4 solid meals a day.
Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding if given.
Give a balanced diet,rather than cocenterating on any particular item in the diet.
