My brother in law slipped, in x-ray report one line is mentioned "fibrotic scar in left lower lung zone.

In xray its not that clear to commend as fibrotic scar. But any previous lung infection may cause such a scar which is harmless unless he is not having any complaints. Its just like a healed lesion

May be due to old healed lesions. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
