Is uterus removal only thing to do for fibroids at her age ?
As she is at pre- menopausal stage, doc suggested for uterus removal.
Her calcium and blood levels are low also.

I mean that symptoms are very important. If symptomatic then u should go for it. But if she doesn't have much symptoms then u can go for mirena Iucd. Which can prevent surgery. But if symptoms are more like heavy bleeding and all then go for removal of uterus.
