Fibroids and abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 45 Years

I am 45 and i have huge uterine fibroids. My uterus is 14cm X 10cm. I have on and off pain in sides of my belly button. I feel belly tightness after meals which lasts for few hours. I also have occasional pain in lower abdomen and persistent back pain in left side as well. My stomach looks big. I missed my last two periods. What could be the cause? any cancer?
