Im sorry to hear about ur loss. Firstly since ur wife conceive spontaneously with fibroids it’s unlikely that fibroids will pose a problem to conceive Secondly the size of fibroids are less and away from cavity There is no way that they may pose a problem in future Thirdly u say the baby heartbeat didn’t come which means that there may be a problem with the fetus itself that was formed and nature has a way to reject whats not normal I would suggest you to not get disheartened now Plus one pregnancy loss doesn’t call out to get investigations done which wouldn’t be fruitful at present I would suggest you to wait for a month now and again try after one month Meanwhile take nutritious diet and folic acid supplements and all the best for ur future plans

It's not normal to have fibroids, irregular periods  ( early or late), missing periods, spotting between periods, prolonged heavy flow, pains and cramps during cycle, PMS and mood changes before periods, PCOS,  Endometriosis,  fertility issues, tiredness, hair fall,  sleep disturbances, weight issues etc. If it is happening to you,  it's a sign of underlying  hormone  imbalance  which needs further evaluation with blood investigations , scan etc.Good news is that all your problems  can be totally  reversed , not by masking the symptoms  with pills but by addressing  the underlying  cause of the problem and healing it from the ROOT cause.
