You are a classical case where, by not accepting your Doctor's timely advice and believing in alternative treatment, you make your case more difficult. You are 50 years old and you have been getting treatment since 5 years. At that time you had no fatty liver and your adenomyosis or endometriosis was manageable. Now things are worse than what they were 5 years ago , and even now you are asking if operation is necessary right now ? Operation was necessary even 5 years earlier.
