Fibroid Treatment
My wife has 123×100mm size of intra mural fibroid, Please suggest me the treatment without surgery.
If surgery is necessary, are there is any complication in pregnancy if surgery is done or we can have childrens.
Because we are recently married we are looking forward to have childrens without any complication.
Some are saying if surgey is done, there will be a scar on Uterus that may lead to infertility. Am worried about what do please suggest me.
Please give some suggestion on uterine fibroid embolization(UFE) can i go to this process and it is good to go or not.

There are 7 fibroids and some of them are very big. They will certainly affect your chances of pregnancy. You should get them removed. Medical treatment may not be very successful in your case.
Myomectomy is the operation. I would recommend Abdominal myomectomy rather than laparoscopic surgery because you have too many and too big fibroids.

Go to well experienced laparoscopic surgeon to prevent complications. For now, we don't have any satisfying treatment for multiple large fibroids
