More than the mode of operation, you should be asking whether you need a Myomectomy or a Hysterectomy.
In a woman of 42 years of age who doesn't need any more children, I will recommend a Hysterectomy.
One of the Fibroids is about 250 gm weight. And there are three of them, one being intramural.
