Fibroid and PCOD
Attaching my reports. I have fundal fibroid and PCOD. Symptoms - spotting before 2 days of period and periods are normal 5 days and 2 day is heavy. Please suggest do i need to anything for fibroid .

If very heavy flow, pain then you can take medication for it. If it's not causing any problem then nothing required for now

You need  do scan every 6months  to check  fibroid. Now if are finding  any problem, take consultation  and take advice.
