Asked for Female, 45 Years

I am 45 year old, i went for a sonar and the doctor reported to me today that I have a fibroid in my uterus in the anterior portion measuring in size 56 x 45 x 51mm and a ovarian cyst on the right side measuring 57 x 36 x 46mm. I am very concerned please tell me what i can do ? also my haemoglobin is sitting on 4. and I bleed excessively when I have my menstruation. and I have anaemia. Dr. recommended that i have my womb removed. Is there other treatment, please help.

Yes dear other treatment options include getting the fibroid removed and the cyst removed.. U cn undergo a laproscopic surgery for the same.. But meanwhile build up your Hb level.. U may need blood transfusion urgently
