Post menopause the estrogen levels will drop which will lead to the shrinking of the fibroid unless you're on Hormone Replacement Therapy(HRT). The back pain that is associated with whole leg pain could be due to prolapse or swelling of the disc, the gastritis seems to be an issue on its own which can be managed with antacids and having a proper diet.
