Usually fibroadenoma is benign. Watch for any pain or sudden increase in size. Get mammogram to rule out other lesions

Yes there is very good allopathic treatment for fibroadenoma. I have treated a few patients. The treatment differs from patient to patient. It also depends on the age & any other symptoms of the patient.
