Fibroadenoma related

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Sir I got diagnosed with fibroadenoma of left breast measuring 1.1 ×0.8 cm at retroareolar region. 15 days back my Lt breast was tender and I has fever also. Ductal ectacia is also there. I am also planning for pregnancy. I had consultation with breast surgeon she suggested to remove it . However gynaecologist said it is harmless. I am confused right now about what should I do.
