Fevr with throat pain

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My 4 year old daughter has a fever of 101.4 and complaining throat pain. She was also vomiting yesterday. I gave her ondem after which her vomiting stopped but she still has fever. For fever i gave her imol 5 ml. What should i do for throat pain

Give baby warm water and honey. But it is always better to show to child specialist to rule out , severe throat infection., Like pharyngitis or tonsillitis.
