For **Crocin 240 DS suspension**, the dose depends on the child’s **weight**.
General rule for paracetamol: **15 mg per kg per dose**, every **6 hours if needed** (maximum 4 doses in 24 hours).
Crocin 240 DS contains **240 mg in 5 ml**.
Approximate guide:
* If child weighs **10–12 kg** → about **3 ml per dose**
* If **12–15 kg** → about **3.5–4 ml per dose**
* If **15–18 kg** → about **4.5–5 ml per dose**
For **stomach ache**, common causes in children are gas, indigestion, or worms.
You can:
* Give light food (rice, curd, banana)
* Ensure good hydration
* Avoid oily/junk food
However, **cold for 1 month with occasional fever and stomach pain needs medical evaluation**. It may be due to sinus infection, allergy, or another infection, so a pediatrician should examine her.
Seek medical care urgently if:
* Persistent fever
* Severe abdominal pain
* Vomiting
* Child becomes weak or stops eating.

The exact ml dose depends on the child’s weight, so please share her age and weight before giving it.
For cold since 1 month, also let me know if she has cough, running nose, or blocked nose. Simple saline nasal drops and adequate fluids can help.
Regarding stomach ache, please mention if there is vomiting, loose motions, or reduced appetite, as treatment depends on the cause.

Do not give crocin without doctor's advice. Crocin dose is decided based on child's weight. Please mention child's weight. Also for advising medication of stomach ache, I need to know age of child and what kind of stomach ache, when it aches, before or after food, if there is constipation, any other symptoms, etc. kindly provide all details for proper consultation
