We had consulted doctor he took blood, urine and stool test and told it's gastrointestinal infection. But I am question doctor why he had this jurk? Which was for the first time for upto 6 times.

Seems to be a febrile seizure. Make a video recording of the same and show it to your doctor. Give the child paracetamol round the clock esp. for the first 2 days of fever.

It's may be febrile seizures or shivering.
Give PCM as per dose every 5hrly and if fever persists then sponge with water because high grade fever causes febrile seizures in children below 5years of age.
Hello Sir.. i doubt its jerks or shivering. shivering is protective response to increase temperature during infection.. jerks may be normal or we need to follow up.. please possibly record a video if he does another time these jerky movements. GI infections takes few days to settle. Just take care of your child according to today's doctor advise.
Next Steps
monitor for jerks and record video if possible.
plenty of oral fluids/normal diet/prescribed medications as of now
Health Tips
consult doctor if baby is dull, uprolling eye movements, baby passing urine less than 6 times a day, persistent fever there.
