Fever with Herpes
Hi, last week I started seeing symptoms of Herpes , genital blisters to be precise, after few sexual encounters that I had 2 weeks back. I had an STD test this week and HSV 1+2 IgM came out to be reactive which from what I read means that the infection was recent. I consulted a doc and I got an antibiotic and some other medicines which I've been taking. The herpes blisters have been going away. However, I have been feeling weak and feverish. I read that weakness and fever come with the first outbreak. Should I see a doc and get medication for the fever or I should keep taking the antibiotics and the fever will go away with the herpes outbreak? Thanks!
