Fever with diaheria

Hi My kid is having fever and diaheria since yesterday evening.He didn't sleep well at night and was crying.we gave paracetamol oral suspension twice since last evening.but it didn't improve the condition.Can you please suggest?? Thanks

Hi, he needs to be seen by a doctor for his problems , in the meantime continue Paracetamol and also give ORS so that he does not become dehydrated

Crying mab be due to peri anal excoriation. Reduced urine output and reduced oral liquids are the early signs of dehydration that parents can observe. If it is there then consult your pediatrician
